Sainsbury’s Central Leaders Graduate Scheme is a structured and rigorous development programme that explores every aspect of business leadership. The programme starts with an induction where you’ll meet and get to know our other graduates but also hear from our business leaders, be introduced to your development programme and Sainsbury’s vision and values. After that the programme sees you undertake four six month placements, which could be anywhere across the business. Sainsbury’s promises to deliver challenging placements that will continue to offer you stretch and development.

Sainsburys Situational Judgement Tests
The SJT are completed first in the application process. These psychometric tests present the reader with a series of scenarios that would potentially take place in the work place and the reader is then asked to choose from a multiple choice set of answers for how they would best deal with the situation. Ensure you are familiar with company values.
Sainsburys Numerical Reasoning Tests
These tests are designed to measure your numerical abilities and relate to graphs, percentages and tables whereby you will be asked to analyse data and chose from a set of multiple choice answers. These are usually times so practicing within a time limit is advisable. It usually equates to a minute per question.
